Greetings all,
I have closely reviewed the situation and unfortunately none of the requested withdrawals were valid. The first requested withdrawal ($56) was based on a deposit using a 250% deposit bonus giving an additional $97.50 to play with however these are bonus funds and non-cashable, they are removed on approval of a requested withdrawal. Before the requested withdrawal could be reviewed the player then cancelled the requested withdrawal on top of playable balance from a free bonus, played the funds some more then requested an additional withdrawal ($124.50). We now have two situations, an invalid withdrawal on top of a free bonus, this is called mixing funds. Since there were now mixed funds (invalid cash withdrawal and free bonus) the requested withdrawal was denied and the initial cash deposit was deposited back into the player account as cash giving the player the opportunity to play and win again on the cash deposit. This cash amount was then played to zero by the player.
After this the player deposited a number of consecutive free chips resulting in a win and requested withdrawal ($200), only one free chip is valid between cash deposit/play sessions thus this withdrawal request was also denied. There was still $100 in playable cash in the account which was also requested for withdrawal but then cancelled and played to zero by the player.
It really is critical to have an understanding of the terms and conditions of the casino, all rules regarding bonuses, both free bonuses and deposit coupons is given as a pop-up and agreed to by the player before coupon redemption however reading the general terms is highly encouraged for all players to avoid situations such as this.
Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the casino.guru team for review.
Best wishes,
Nick and Raging Bull
