Shady casino for the following reasons :

I played thru a chip with a 40x wager,sent them my id,passport,driving license and even a goverment document for adress verification that i sent to them the day i litterally picked it up from the police station. So they told me i should send them a document thats not older than 90 days.. damn.

3 submissions and 1 week later they still wont verify me for a unknown reason, they keep coming up with excuses that are not even in their t&c.Apart from that they do not want to accept documents that have a goverment stamp on them so me as a player what am i supposed to do?

I sent every document that i am legally able to get and they deliberatly go around my questions and requests with terms that they dont even have.

0/10 the casino has no license and will do anything they can and want just not to pay up.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
