I only play at casinos that allow crypto deposits and withdrawals as I don't like to share my banking information online. Platinum reels allows crypto withdrawals. I have been depositing for months, and now that I have a win today I see that they removed my option to withdraw via bitcoin. I asked the agent what the problem is and she claimed that as of today they are undergoing bitcoin maintenance (something which they had also told me months back when they delayed my payout) Gabby, the agent, claims is should be up and running "soon". I've informed her my deposit was with crypto and would like to withdraw the same way. I asked who their regulator is and she claims not to know. I would like to withdraw my funds but they've removed my option to do so.

To answer your questions, yesterday,yesterday. And then they told me soon , I asked if that meant hours, days weeks? and they said yeah. So no concrete answer

They did fix the issue with the bitcoin, after I had requested a check. they said they sent/processed the check yesterday but have not provided tracking information.
