Unfortunately, after initially positive experiences, I have to give this casino a bad rating.
I played there about 2 weeks ago and even got a max win in one of the slots.
Unfortunately, the payout is impossible due to absolutely destructive behavior on the part of the casino. And the slots have been running at 0 win since my first win.
I made a withdrawal request for 500 euros (limited to 500 per day) 2 weeks ago. This was ignored for over a week only to be told after repeated requests that I had to verify my account.
The documents required for verification cannot be surpassed in cheek. Among other things, my complete bank statements for the last 3 months were required, a quasi-complete disclosure of my finances in every detail. Otherwise, of course, all other documents (ID cards, tax assessment notices, invoices, photos, etc.)
I have always sent these documents in within 1 hour of request and have been ignored by the casino for over 1 week now. There is no response to any of my inquiries, the live chat always says "forwarded to the responsible department".

You wait a long time for your money if you get it at all. If you want to pay out, you first get the notification that the finance department is now taking care of it. This then takes at least 4 working days. Then you get a cancellation email that supposedly contains spaces in the IBAN and therefore cannot be paid out. I have now requested my payment for the 3rd time. I'll probably get the next one next week.
