Unfortunately, after initially positive experiences, I have to give this casino a bad rating.
I played there about 2 weeks ago and even got a max win in one of the slots.
Unfortunately, the payout is impossible due to absolutely destructive behavior on the part of the casino. And the slots have been running at 0 win since my first win.
I made a withdrawal request for 500 euros (limited to 500 per day) 2 weeks ago. This was ignored for over a week only to be told after repeated requests that I had to verify my account.
The documents required for verification cannot be surpassed in cheek. Among other things, my complete bank statements for the last 3 months were required, a quasi-complete disclosure of my finances in every detail. You wait a long time for your money if you get it at all. If you want to pay out, you first get the notification that the finance department is now taking care of it.
