it. I then deposited my own $50 and played then I received a welcome bonus and redeemed. I played through and then redeemed get100 promo and won $404 and then received another bonus called freespin50 and won more totaling $600. I then cashed out and sent a withdrawal request. My request was denied on July 8th but then a manager request for withdrawal was approved right after the deny request. Days went by and no deposit in my bank account. And the money wasn’t on my planet 7 account. I contacted customer support and they were beyond awful saying its expected that only one code be applied and played individually. If that’s the case then they shouldn’t allow you to even be able to do so. Now they won’t respond and kick me out of every live chat. They say I’m not entitled to any money that I won. I do not accept that answer.
