My request was denied on July 8th but then a manager request for withdrawal was approved right after the deny request. Days went by and no deposit in my bank account. And the money wasn’t on my planet 7 account. I contacted customer support and they were beyond awful saying its expected that only one code be applied and played individually. If that’s the case then they shouldn’t allow you to even be able to do so. Now they won’t respond and kick me out of every live chat. They say I’m not entitled to any money that I won. I do not accept that answer.
