Hello team.I have deposited 1000 Manats on my account with my friend's card in pin-up casino.Also with this card it was deposited on another account .After one day when I want to withdraw my money ,the pin-up casino banned my account with 1001 manats.when I asked the reason of this situation they answered that I had deposited with one card on two accounts.However i do not have any information about the law which do not permit to deposit with one card on two accounts.Also , I complain the pin-up casino if they do not permit me to withdraw money because of usage of one card in two accounts why they permit me to deposit with one card on two accounts.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.pin-up.casino/terms:

„ The company does not accept funds from the third parties. You only need to deposit funds from the account registered in your name.

If the security check shows that a deposit was made by a third-party, the Company reserves the right to nullify all winnings and block your account until the circumstances are clarified."

Please understand that these rules have been breached. Some exceptions might be allowed by casinos when depositing funds from a joint card, but this was not the case. I’m very sorry but we can’t help you with this query. If there is any additional information that would support this case, please do not hesitate to contact us, otherwise I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you for your understanding.
