I met the wagering requirements on their welcome bonus at the end of May (‘24) and submitted my withdraw for $70 (there is a $30 processing fee). I got the KYC email and immediately replied with all the requested identification verification documents. I never heard back from the casino again although I reached out to them multiple times via chat, email and phone as well. No one has been any help. It has been almost 2 months since I requested payout and submitted by KYC documents. I sent them multiple times to both support and banking department emails.
