Good Morning,


I requested my withdrawal from MrSloty on 23/01/2022 and it has been sat in progress ever since. This casino advertise 24-48 hour payouts but when you request a withdrawal, you are told up to 21 working days. Looking at the reviews for this casino, everyone has the same issue and the live chat just tell you to be patient…. I think 21 working days is more than patient.


it has now been 22 working days and I am yet to receive my money

Hi Nick,


this is my second withdrawal with Mr Sloty, the first one took about 21 working days but was for a smaller amount (£330). The current withdrawal I have open is for £2200. The account is fully verified and has been since my previous withdrawal which was in June 2021

Dear Tom,


So far we have received no response from the casino. I will attempt to contact them again.


We would like to ask Mr Sloty Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, the complaint will become ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but without success. Since the casino has no license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, I’m afraid there is nothing that can be done without cooperation from its side.


I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints may help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.
