The player from United Kingdom had his withdrawal requested six weeks ago. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been received yet. We ended up closing the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
I’ve been waiting for over 45 days for my withdrawal from them and they keep telling me it’s on the ‘awaiting’ status and they tell me not to worry it’ll be resolved soon! They are taking the complete piss as my account is all verified and I’ve deposited at least a grand with them?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but six weeks is really a long time. Do I understand correctly that the payment is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Have you received any winnings from this casino in the past?

I’ve deposited roughly 1300 in the 3 months I’ve had it opened, the 2000 withdrawal was nothing to do with bonuses I refused them all. But I was sticking the odd 20 or 40 quid in after the withdrawal just so they knew I was still playing… in the hope they’d pay out 🤦🏻♂️
