I keep getting free bonuses to play via email, so I keep playing them. I successfully played through the bonus amount and attempted to cash out $47 winning but it was denied and canceled because I had not made a deposit, so the no deposit bonus really isn’t a no deposit bonus. Why keep sending and accepting free spin promotions, then deny and cancel winning?

6.1. Overall Bonus and Promotion Rules
By claiming any bonus at Mr. O Casino, including but not limited to no-deposit bonuses, deposit bonuses, bonus chips, free spins, and comp points, you fully agree to the terms outlined herein.

(d) Free bonuses are only accessible when there are no pending payout transactions linked to the Player’s account. Consecutive claiming of free bonuses is not allowed; there should be at least one deposit made between them.

Unfortunately, if there was no deposit made before redemption of the no-deposit bonus you activated and played your winnings from it won't be honored.

Casinos will offer no deposit bonuses, however, most of them will have a rule similar to this one limiting their use.

Please let me know if there is any information I haven't considered, otherwise, your complaint will be closed.
