The player from India had ₹40,211,694 in winnings when his MostBet account was frozen in March 2024. After the account was unfrozen on 05/07/2024, the winnings were missing. He requested the return of his winnings. We contacted MostBet Casino, which provided evidence that the player had accumulated the winnings but subsequently lost the funds through gameplay. As a result, the complaint was rejected due to the player's loss of funds.
