The player’s account was closed for an unknown reason. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I received the $10 no deposit bonus. As I reached $90 and fulfilled my wager requirements, I contacted live chat with a few questions. They responded and said,"once you reach $100, you will be able to withdrawal in bitcoin." He stated, "I didn't need to make a small deposit"and suggested "I just go on gambling to try to reach the $100 minimum withdrawal." Minutes after this, they blocked my IP address and closed my account! No explanation, or reasoning! I am so glad I didn't make any deposits, because I was real close to doing so!
