However, the player did not confirm receipt of the funds and failed to respond to further inquiries, leading us to reject the complaint.

The website always finds a way to not payout. They are delaying my withdrawal and not given any reason they are a horrible website to deal with. And I would definitely recommend people to stay away from them. Keep in mind that I am a customer that wagers 2-3 thousand monthly. And they still treat me like this

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I love how you take the side of the website. They have rejected around 50 withdrawal requests and give the seem generic message that is not useful. I'm sharing because people need to know that they don't payout
