The player from United States is highly dissatisfied with lengthy and complicated withdrawal process. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I put in a withdrawal on weds and it was suppose to be approved today. I added money to the withdrawal yesterday and was now told it wont get approved till monday. I asked if they could expedite and they said no. i asked for a manager and was told they had all left. I am getting hospitalized next week and need some of the funds to pre pay the bill . I am a vip player and never had any issues before. No way to find management online to even request .
