Hi,

I played for awhile on Lucky Tiger, Kept getting great bonus codes and kept depositing, On 10/17/2021 , i got lucky and won the Jackpot on a slot a Total of $6233, since it's been like pulling teeth, I was limited to a $500 withdrawal, i was paid twice $300 and twice $200, a total of $1000. in about 2 month, At this pace of $200 every 15-18 days it will take forever, i am not sure what to do beside complaining,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the General T&Cs and I found this:

"9.17. While planning their withdrawals, Customers should keep in mind that the Casino’s withdrawal limit is $500 or AUD 500 per day, or $2,000 or AUD 2000 per week. The Casino reserves the right to divide some payments into multiple installments and send them over a stated period of time. Withdrawal limits for VIP clients may vary. Please, contact our support service for more info."

Hi Kristina,

I can live with $500 per ,,,, but $200 sounds like a joke, at this pace with a balance of about $5300 and a pay of $200 Twice a month it will take over a year,and on top they are using delay tactics like "confirm your Bitcoin address and than take 5 more days to respond,
