This is a great casino. Great live support. Fun games. And they do pay out. Until this last time. I'm a fully verified account holder. But there saying there having technical difficulties. Last time they Said this with the same bogus "external system error" I paid $125 and got my deposit within 30 seconds. Which I don't see why they cannot do it again? I have screenshots of it and everything now it's taken more than a week with the same error.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? When exactly did you make the last successful withdrawal?

Yes it was z week and a half ago the history page will not load on the website for me to take screen shots. But usually they payout within 24 hours. The last payment was about 3 weeks ago. Still they are saying "external system error" which last time I had to pay $100 and I had it sent within 30 seconds. Which now they are saying they can't. Fir no reason. I'm willing to pay it. But this would prove there "error" to be illegitimate once again.
