I requested on 5/4 , sent all verification and not heard till 5/19? I emailed help support and no one replied. Every day the status is just pending. Pending for what? Pending for me to cancel my withdrawal and lose all my winnings back? This is so bad. We use real $$ to play and yet so difficult to withdraw.

All my documents is approved on the site . Lucky legends didnt contact me nor i have a chance to speak to anyone. My verification approved on 5/4 and i proceed to withdraw. But till now no one reply my email

This is really unfair to players. We played with our hard earned money and when we cash out casino ask for verification over and over again. I read some complaints and casino need 3 months bank statement to cash out.

Why don't they said it upfront? It seems like they are hoping we feel frustrated and give up.

I called casino 2 days ago. And they said they will expedite my withdrawal. Nothing change. I will have to call again and again.

update - 5/29

After i submitted my bank statements they want my proof of residency. ok. I emailed them my passport.

Then on 5/30 another email that said they can't send my payments because of some limitations from payment service provider side. The only way to receive my payment is thru BTC wallet.


Okay so I opened Coinbase wallet, emailed them my BTC account on 5/31...and have not heard from them yet.

EXCUSE,...EXCUSE...EXCUSE...one after another.


Why don't they tell me upfront what is needed to go ahead and withdrawal my money? If I don't follow up I probably will never hear from them and my withdrawal will always be in a pending status.

I sensed they purposely delay withdrawal and hopefully I will give up.

From 5/4 till 6/1, one delay after another.


LUCKY LEGENDS , if you are reading this....I am not giving up and I will make you pay for my withdrawal by all means.


And they said on their website PAYMENTS MADE NO LATER THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS...EAT YOUR WORDS LUICKY LEGENDS....

Can you please advise if your account is now fully verified or they still require any kind of document? If it's already verified, it might take up to 14 days for the money to arrive on your payment method. If still not, we will try to intervene.
