It’s been two weeks and withdrawal still says waiting for review. They have no issues taking money out of my account for deposits immediately why does it take soo long to put money in my exact account.

I have reached out to customer service numerous times and in the beginning ai responses saying they will look into it and someone will be in touch haven’t received emails or any communication from them and can’t even get a response in the chat anymore. This is the only withdrawal attempt I’ve made and deposited many times. I have used KYC with many online casinos and had no issues verifying my identity. I was never awarded any kind of bonuses only playing on my deposits. I did win 10 free spins in the bonus game in the game I was playing won 500 trying to withdraw 450. I don’t know what else to do if they will not respond to me. GF18603 is my ID
