The player from the US claims that the casino took unauthorized transactions. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I emailed the web receipt..
Spoke to multle people said it was getting returned but never did. Then they charged my debit card multiple times with out my consent. Scam. They just take your money then give u the run around

Lastly, please could you clarify the dispute value? You set it to 100 BTC. Is that correct?
