I emailed the web receipt..

Spoke to multle people said it was getting returned but never did. Then they charged my debit card multiple times with out my consent. Scam. They just take your money then give u the run around

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. How exactly did you find out that the transactions were made by the casino? Were these transactions deducted from your bank account and credited to your casino account without your consent?
