see my previous casino comolaint attempting to close acount.

after my last complaint i blokked my coinbace exchange and decided to leave these crypto crap casinos behind me .for weeks i did not play .and out of nothing even the most casinos closed my acounts they send me promotion emails (we miss you) yeh right .ltc casino sent me too promotion email on all my acount email .so opend a new acount but with the same name and birthday .they accepted my deposit 250€ and believe it or not in 10 minutes i was at 1000€ balance on a live table fake winnings so obvious they also controll the real live tables with video manipulation .they let you win on every acount for the first time why i say this?because earlier this day ilost 1500€ on other casino same table i did not profit 10€ .so obvious we all are decieved and lied to about fair games .i thought maybe i could get all my losses back at this casino but out of nothing i play 17 numbers and raised my bets 16 losing spins in one run after my balance was zero my biggest 3 numbers came out all with 275 mltc bets .how rude how unrespectfull to the player playing with our feelings and mind .disgusting .this whole casino is a scam they just smooth out the rtp .vide manipulation on a real table middle of the night no players at that table in malta .ball spins fast but at the last moment they change the video you see clearly something is not oke with the fhysics at that table .repeats only losing numbers never a winning number .the repeats are always the same ball behavior .i want them to refund my deposits .they uncouraged me to play by sending emails .something must be done to close this casino .i dont understand why evolution hire them games to unlicensed unresponsible casino who suck players dry.can you please contact evolution to stop offering these crap to unlicensed casinos .

i am confused despite the many complaints i opend on the site about this casino how they do not apply acount closure requested by me many time and last time casino guru ruled to close the complain with minor punishment i see the rating going up from 7,2 to 7.8 .

cant you see the same paterns occur everytime i play ?how am i supposed to get evidence for the fairness of the games we are sepersated 4,500 km .shouldnot casino guru try to investigate the games since most of the complaints are about results wich are almost in favour of the casinos .should not someone for once and all go and investigate evolution gaming and show efidence that the games really are fair and not just manipulated results wich are offerd to the regulators.a spreadsheet is simply to be rigged and the results could be easily smoothed out to make sure that no one can see the truth about their scam .i have hundreds of screenshots showin only losing spins at the end when they want to rip you off after the rtp is smoothed out.secondly my complaint was also the fact i requested several acount closure and they kept accepting my deposits were i at moment killed my counbase acount and after weeks not playing i almost forgot them they send me promotion emails to get me playing again wich i did .

Currently we do not have any other complaint on this casino regarding the RTP of any of their games and without proof there is no way to find out if there is anything unfair ongoing or not.

Regarding the account closure, please understand that it is a crypto and anonymous casino where you do not need to use your personal details in order to play. If they do not have any date of you, there is also no way to block you from playing as how would it even be possible?

I would really recommend to find a casino where you can still play with crypto currency but you can also set some responsible gambling tools in order to prevent such cases.

Is there anything else I can assist you with? If not, we will be forced to close the complaint as there was no evidence provided.
