The player from Singapore has been blocked after requesting a withdrawal. Casino didn't respond.
K9win suspended my account once I made a withdrawal of 5000 with my winnings of 3000 with an deposit of 2000 in total.
They only kept giving me this reply for almost 2 months when I made enquiry of my account and withdrawal status "Sorry Sir provider still no have update .The team in charge will contact you after get any news. Thanks."
No reasons or timeline was given for my account suspension or withdrawal

We would like to ask the K9Win Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 10 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
