I have made withdrawal previously if you try to withdraw before wagering has been met it denies withdrawal. I was able to submit the withdrawal for $500 and have been getting the run around now when I asked about the status I’m told the finance department voided my withdrawal and the $500 was voided as well I’m out $500 it’s not credited back to my account or anything just taken

Thank you for your emails, Cheryl. I am afraid that if you didn't finish the wagering requirements before requesting the withdrawal, there is not much more we can do to support this case. Wagering requirements come with the vast majority of bonuses and it is an important part of each bonus. I am sure you understand we cannot punish the casino because you didn't follow the rules.
