The player's deposit was not credited to his casino account since last week. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I made a deposit at Jet Casino last Friday. The deposit was immediately debited from my bank account, but was never credited to my Jet Casino account. After I sent account statements, etc. to the casino support, nothing happened. I am now being put off every day by customer support with the statement "The payment department is reviewing your request. Please wait". I find it an impertinence that this casino does not respond to customers at all. You are simply put off with the same statement every day.

I have now discussed the matter again with the casino support. Lies are being spread from support. Support told me it was my bank's fault that the money didn't end up in my Jet Casino account. After contacting my bank, the bank confirmed that the deposit went through successfully. When I described this to the support, the support claimed to send me the email I had promised, explaining why my money has disappeared. According to support, the email has already been sent twice. But I haven't received an email yet. Support then claimed that I had email from JEt Casino on my block list, which is a bold lie. To further inquiries about what happened to my money, the support only answers with "please contact your bank". I find it really embarrassing how customers are treated in this casino. I've never seen anything like it.

I have fully got acquainted with the history of your messages to our Casino. The thing is, that before any deposit shows up in the player's account it is processed by the payment provider. In such cases, the Casino sends a request to the payment provider to establish the status of the transaction, which can last for up to 5 business days. We did our best to speed up the process from our side. Eventually, your deposit was successfully credited to your balance on 23th of September 2021.
