The player from Finland had an active self-exclusion in a sister casino. He believes that he should have been banned from Jet Casino too. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

Hello . I was closing my account on jet casino because gambling problem. Chat told that every project/casino will ne blocked under same licence. Well i have closed account fresh casino that is same licence. So all deposits to jet casino should be refunded back to me. Chat said that i havent mentioned about addiction om fresh. I asked while ago fresh and my account cant ne opened again.


so in the the first i was sopposed to be blocked automaticly on jet because same email is used on both sites. Few chat pictures included.


so i want all deposits refuned on jet casino

Could you please forward any relevant communication between you and Fresh Casino to petronela.k@casino.guru? What was the reason to close your previous account? Please understand that if you self-exclude yourself from one casino it doesn’t necessarily mean that you are protected on all the other associated websites.

Gambling addiction. I just heard from jet casino chat that if u want to close your account u will be banned from all casinos (sister sites) Since this i should have been banned long time ago and not been able to even make account to jet casino.

since same email. And i repeat myself. Chat said that block affects all casinos.

They just mess with me i havent been able to log in to fresh over year ago. There is 2023 year that account was blocked. Nice trying to mess with me. Well i am not giving up.

there are just washing there hands about this "didnt mention" , yes i did. So far i was supposed to be blocked from the casino group 2021. If jetcasino can block me from other sites so can fresh.

I'm truly sorry, but from the forwarded screenshots it seems as if both casinos acted according to their terms and conditions. Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. With all due respect, no, it doesn't.

If a player mentions a gambling problem then the account should be blocked permanently, yes that's correct.

BUT if a player asks for a permanent closure without stating a gambling problem to be the reason, the account can be reopened later.

I wish I could be of more help. I’m sorry we couldn’t help you to resolve this case, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future. For the abovementioned reasons, I will now reject this complaint. Thank you for your understanding.
