I have been spinning their Christmas Wheel almost every day this month and every now and then it is a bit slow but what ever coupon the wheel landed on got. Then yesterday the wheel landed on the biggest prize of R10 000.00 and all of a sudden it said NO WIN. I contacted them and they just said I had connection issues which is why I got a not win. If this is true then I should have gotten many other NO WINS which is not the case. Other then that they not even answering me.

We don't interfere with the casino's promotional policies.

Since there are no records in place, and the prizes are distributed automatically, we can't ask the casino to credit you any winnings after the fact, based on a static picture. I am sorry for the disappointing answer to your issue.
