The player from Colorado was unable to withdraw his winnings of $1000 due to the casino alleging that he used Bitcoin SV instead of Bitcoin. He believed the casino had manipulated his deposit type to avoid payment. Despite our attempts to communicate with the player to gather more information and resolve the issue, he did not respond. As a result, we had to reject the complaint due to lack of cooperation from the player's side.

Won 1000 dollars they didn't pay me because they said I used botcoin sv and not bitcoin but. I know for a fact I used BCT and they change it to SV. They changed it so they couldn't pay me. I done with online playing why you make a deposit and win but they change wallet to prevent you from winning I spent about 3,0000 a month now they get nothing they are an out of control casino. They cheat to benefit them. No way they will hey another deposit Ever
