My stuff was verified right off when this all started.. now I didn’t know that Derrick even played here at this casino okay but I finally found out by chatting with ignition reps. I have used deposit bonus but I Dnt remember if I used one for this and I’m sure I played the play through cause I play a long time so if I quit playing then I was tired of playing so yes I use bonus if they are available for me to use but I will also deposit with out bonuses. I understand your feelings, but I can imagine how the casino look at the whole situation. If you do not factory reset the phone, they have probably a lot of evidence that the two accounts from two different users are connected. We need to speak with a casino representative to be sure what happened.
They don’t have evidence of once my account was made and once I log into my account on another phone okay cause I never logged on his account once I got the phone so if he play on this phone once he sold it to me it stop and I started I never played on two accounts here okay I not do nothing to compromise my money sir.
