The player from Latvia requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

Hello. I put the withdraw request on 19/06 and it got confirmed on the same date. I was said by customer service consultant that the maximum amount of businessday I will have to wait for my winnings is 5 days. Almost 9 business days are gone and I still haven't received my funds. I spoke to customer service loads of times and I getting the same answers every time that I just have to wait that there is some problems with the payment service. I searched for ice casino revievs and complains on internet and found that many players had found themselves in same situations with them before me. Help me to sort this sitiation out with them please and players, I sugest you to avoid this casino and chose some better ones. I will give a response or delete this complain as soon as my problem will be solved

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

The PSP informed us that it is not possible to withdraw to your card specified.

Please kindly use a card of a different bank or use an alternative payout method.
