Yes when i first started playing at highway casino i played with the welcome bonus ontop of my deposit which at the time was like $425 dollars and played all the wagering and brought my highway casino account down to $0.12 cents then I deposited $115 dollars one time then a $83 dollar deposit and 2 are 3 times i sent $30 dollars of bitcoin to my highway casino account but i never accepted another bonus are s promotion from the casino because I didn’t want to have to play with all the wagering so i just played with the money I deposited no bonus and while playing on cash bandit the first game i hit all 5 of the bonus symbols and got a bunch of free spins because i opened almost all the safes and at the end of the bonus round i hit $3100 and after dealing with highway casinos Kyc department for two weeks they finally sent me an email to tell me all my stuff was clarified and i could request a withdrawal from any of their cash out method’s because I deposited money in my account and with my debit and cryto wallet and sent them all the documents to be able to cash out either way and after being okayed to beable to request a withdrawal I requested a withdrawal of $2000 their max cash out limit and after requesting a withdrawal and waiting 5 business days I received an email from highway casino finance department saying my withdrawal request was denied because i was betting $12.50 at the time i had hit and that broke their terms and i got all the screenshots of my conversation with the casino and every deposit and screenshots from the time i hit and you can see it the screenshots i was not betting $12.50 i was betting a$1.50 and hit $3100 at the time and now their not wanting to pay what i rightfully won with the funds I deposited not with any promotions because I didn’t want to have any issues for if i was to hit I didn’t want to play x44 wagering of my deposit and the wagering i did have from my welcome bonus i played it all and was a thousand something dollars to the good when I submitted my first withdrawal which i ended up not withdrawing because initially it took to long and i played my account down to that $0.12 cents and then after my account was at $0.12 cents I deposited a few hunder buck all together and didn’t except any bonus and i just played off my deposits i made after trying and failing the first time to cash out I didn’t want to have to deal with that wagering again the 2nd time and i hit and now they dont want to pay me and i got so many screenshots It probably wont let me up load all of them on here of all the conversations and deposited and all the times i hit and what i was betting at the time for evidence and proof to prove my side

"18. The maximum bet allowed when having an active No-Deposit Bonus is $5 (five dollars) for all types of games. Other bonuses (all kinds of Deposit Bonuses and Cashbacks) allow $10 (ten dollars) maximum bet for Slots Bonuses and $25 (twenty-five dollars) maximum bet for Cards & Roulette. Maximum bets for VIP Player Classes may vary, so please refer to your Player Class conditions for more information. Betting above the limit will result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings."

when i was playing i was playing with just the monies I deposited from my bank account and with bitcoin I didn’t want to accept any bonus when i was playing because the first time i ever played and won i had to wager $3000 something dollars and after all that i was trying to withdraw a 1000 dollars but initially ended up not withdrawing the first time because the process took so long and had to wagger so much and after playing my account down to $0.12 cents i made another deposit but the 2nd time i elected to not except any bonus so i wouldn’t have to play all the wagering and play through to be able to cash out if i was to win so i played on my account with only the money I deposited with no bonus and i ended up hitting the bonus feature on cash bandit 2 times and i hit $3000 something dollars betting a $1.50 with only the money I deposited again no excepted bonus and moments after hitting it the bonus i hit it again and the 2nd time i was betting a $1.00 and hit again on cash bandit for $2000 something dollars and i have screenshots of all my hands played on my account from and again I did not except any bonus willingly on my account because the issue i had when trying to play and cash out the first time i played before bring my account down to $0.12 cents and then trying again but with only the money I deposited with no bonus excepted

I dont know if my complaint had the right disputed amount its around $3000 dollares i thought i seen it said my disputed amount was a hundred dollars on the other email I received just wanted to mention that and im gonna send you a bunch of screenshots and documents on the secure link yall sent me in the other email shortly thanks

if you notice the dates and on 3/09/23 11:11A.m I requested a coupon milestone and it was approved at 11:11A.m then on 3/9/23 at 11:31 you notice a coupon requested potogold then at 11:31a.m a coupon Bitplay requested then on 3/10/23 coupon requested lostword them 3 cupons were never approved then on 3/15/23 2:06A.m DF Credit card deposit requested for $59 then at 2:06a.m DF credit card deposit approved $59 then on 3/15/23 2:40a.m DF credit card deposit request for $100 then at 2:40a.m deposit request approved for $100 then it starts to get interesting on 3/16/23 at 12:50 coupon Hotgame3 requested then at 1:38 DF Bitcoindeposit requested for $51.11 then at 1:38a.m bitcoin deposit approved for $51.11 then it shows at 1:38 coupon hotgame3 redeemed for $81.78 then all at the same time 1:38a.m free spins deposit requested for $7.50 i never requested that then again at 1:38a.m free spins deposit approved for $7.50 then on 3/20/23 at 12:06p.m another DF bitcoin deposit requested for $30.29 then approved at 12:06p.m then on 3/28/23 a DF bitcoin withdrawal requested at 12:04 for $2000 and then next their is at 12:04p.m coupon reversal withdrawal $81.78 at the same time 12.04p.m coupon reversal withdrawal approved for $81.78 then on 04/03/23 at 5:11a.m their is a DF bitcoin withdrawal declined for $2,000 then on 4/03/23 at 5:12a.m their is a manager withdrawal requested for $5,954.60 then at 5:12a.m manager withdrawal approved for $5,954.60

as you can see the bonus in question that was requested hotgame3 which I didn’t request while i was making a deposit and as you can see their was eventually a reversal on the hotgame3 bonus and their is a approval to withdraw that bonus of $81.78 hotgame3 so the violation in question should be void and my account not be in any violation
