The player from United Kingdom had been waiting for a withdrawal to be processed for more than 5 weeks before submitting the complaint. The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply and cooperate in resolving the complaint. There was no any progress even two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

The problem is simply they take

your money within seconds but I’m waiting over 5 weeks for my withdrawal. I have contacted them via email over 10 times and have received 3 responses with a range of excuses from "it’s being processed" to "system issues" the result is 5 weeks on I still haven’t received anything and they now just ignore me.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for? Is the withdrawal still pending in your account or it has been processed already but never reached you?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is really a long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

I requested a withdrawal via my bank account details they had for deposits. The withdrawal is no longer pending on their website, & wasn’t pending after 24 hours. They

jsce just simply come up with every

excuse possible as to why it’s not been paid, tell me it’s going to be paid but still I have received nothing.

However, I would like to warn you that it seems to be a common practice of Harry's Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Regardless of many unresolved complaints marked "No Reaction Policy" we keep trying.

We would like to ask Harry's Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have a negative impact on the casino's rating.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
