I've just noticed that you have requested for the withdrawal 6 days ago. We always recommend to wait at least 14 days for the first withdrawal to arrive as the casino usually do some double checks and might take longer. I'm sure it is only matter of time before you would receive your winnings. In case it would not arrive within the given time, we will definitely intervene.
