The player's unable to unsubscribe from receiving promotional e-mails from the casino. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Despite repeated requests by e-mail and unsubscribe in the newsletter, the Goldwin Casino keeps sending me annoying advertising e-mails. Can you guys help me with this problem? Thanks very much!

Could you please advise if you tried to unsubscribe within your casino account? How long have you been receiving promotional e-mails? When did you request for unsubscribing for the first time?

Hello, I tried to log out of this casino about half a year ago. As a result, I can no longer play games there, but I can still open my account and deposit. I've been getting advertising emails again for about a month. 3 weeks ago I asked for the first time to stop receiving advertising emails. Then a VIP manager (Gerard S.) confirmed to me that I would no longer receive emails. Nevertheless, my e-mail inbox continues to be littered by them...the behavior fits with the casino rating here.

Unfortunately if the casino did not block the e-mails so far I can only recommend to block the sender's e-mail address. As long as they refuse to stop sending the e-mails there isn't much we are able to do either.
