I submitted a withdraw on Monday January 27,2025 around 130pm. It is now Friday at 5:44pm and I still haven't received it. It is beyond the processing time rules for the website and then if it doesn't come today I have to wait over the weekend and hope it comes Monday which is far beyond the said processing time of (3 business days after 24 hours from the withdrawal request). Very unhappy with the delay. It's through interac e transfer and there's no reason it would take this long.

Still haven't received anything. Have been told numerous times that nothing is wrong external or internal, with the transaction, that everything is good on my end and their end and I have nothing to worry about and that it's in the final withdrawal stage.

But when checking on the withdrawal status on the website it still says Under Review.

I'm not worried. I'm upset that it's taking so long. I get the feeling they are delaying it in hopes that I cancel the withdrawal.

Typical online casino withdrawal tactics. 2 weeks for an interac e transfer? Come on, how do they expect to generate return customers with a processing time like that.

I guess I have to wait till you intervene. It seems it's the only way people get paid with this casino.

Hello, I have not received my withdrawal and they keep telling me in chat that everything is normal and theyre experiencing delays with all withdrawals because of the volume of withdrawals. No time frame given. Just told to be patient. 2 weeks now. And they have not emailed me to inform me of anything. I have had to contact them several times to ask what's going on.
