The casino is not processing my withdrawal request.


I asked for withdrawal on january 20 and I got nothing so far, it just says "pending".

My account is fully verified and I didn't received any further request for documents or information. I have no idea why my withdrawal is not being preocessed, I did not get any explanation from the support.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

The player's account is undergoing additional checking, according to paragraph 10.4 of Terms and Conditions of the Sports section: "The GIZBO Sportsbook platform has the right to limit the ability to withdraw funds for up to 31 calendar days in order to verify an account for signs of unfair play. The methods and results of verification of gaming activity are confidential". You do not need to worry, this is a procedure we use to check that there has been no fraudulent activity on your part. I received the money.

There was no explanation whatsoever as to why my money was witheld for such a long period of time but in the end the withdrawal was processed.
