Yes, I started playing on golden chicks casino. I won a sizable amount of money. I mean it literally made me quit playing because it said I won too much as a new player reached out to support to find out what I needed to do to have a successful withdrawal, they said all I needed to do was pay the $58 and I verified that $50 was going to my account and not as some sort of fee. They said yes and I would be paid in 5 to 30 minutes, well after the $58 was sent then they said that I had to pay 4% withdrawal and it had to be through bitcoin only that makes no sense. Why not take it out of my winnings like every other casino has always done she literally said read the rules. Read the rules state , cash out more than 1000 but if your account is under 5000 you must cash out and one lump sum and you will be charged a processing fee nowhere in their terms and conditions. Does it state that you have to pay it upfront or through bitcoin, and if you read our messages back-and-forth, I asked several times if there was anything else I needed to do I even asked about KC. They said I would be asked for that during withdrawal process for which I was not , I tried to do all the things that I could to get a successful withdrawal and it seems that they are just a scam and wanna take money through bitcoin since it’s not traceable so I want my winnings since I followed their steps and their rules they need to make payment

Dear itsmrsbaker5311,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Complaints Resolution Center

No, if you look at my messages back-and-forth, they promised 5 to 30 minutes would be the processing time of the deposit to my account regardless if I did bitcoin or bank account or PayPalfilefilefilefile

Well, they are literally telling me that I have to pay another amount of money upfront or they will even process my withdrawal and that’s not how it works. I shouldn’t have to pay money to get money when all my money is sitting there in the account and they can literally withdraw the $204 from the account and then send me the remainder.
