Hi! Account has been verified yes. Bonus was not used for the winnings. To clarify there are 11 different withdrawals of $6000 each. The last time I spoke to the casino was 2 days ago(I’ve been trying every 5 days or so).

Forgot to mention verification was last done about 3 months ago. They tend to reverify annually it seems.
