I require a full audit of all my play, with detailed play costs and returns since I started playing with you, or a full refund of all LIFETIME deposits made to your brand of casinos within 5 working days.


One example attached which has several winning combinations but which paid out zero, there was another last week, which I asked to be checked and was told it was correct, making this not just a fault but fraud due to your denial.

Yes, fully approved, verified yes. I’ve sent them numerous messages over weeks about this, the only reply I got was "there’s nothing wrong" but there is; I’ve asked for gameplay history and slot history which they won’t provide; I’ve made a complaint via their given process in terms with no response either. This is pretty serious

Thank you for the provided screenshot trough e-mails. However, the time of the bets from the betting history doesn't match the time from the spin. Can you please provide the history from the same time?

Did you try to contact directly the game provider regarding this issue?

The casino time is one hour out on that. Everything else matches exactly and you can see that no further transactions took place. Not sure why the casino runs 2 different times but shouldn’t be surprised given their theft.

I've repeatedly contacted the casino with ZERO response. As per gambling commission and their terms I’ve done what they say. But they don’t answer

Based on what did you expect your amount of money for the bet? I'm sorry but based on that screenshot it is simply not possible to tell which lines did you bet on and how much would be the win in case of which line.

It’s a 9 line slot. There are several winning combinations. The bet is 9 lines at £1 a line

I'm sorry but even with those I see no winnings combination in your spin. Even if there would be, only the highest line would be credited to you not all of them. Can you please advise if you did receive anything for that bet or was it zero win - the screenshot showing your bet is cropped.

Unfortunately if the game did not credit your win and if you think it should have, I can really only recommend you to contact the game provider or the casino directly. If the game provider will be able to show the log and that you should have win, the casino will pay you out for sure.

I'm really sorry but we can't deal with casino if the log you provided shows something different.
