Hello, to answer your previous questions, my account has been verified on July 16 2023. Also, I am not sure if I won using the bonus funds or my own cash since its been a while ago. I just know I claimed welcome bonus on July 14th 2023. And I cant seem to reach casino since their chat is always unavailable.
