I have been going back and fourth with diffrent agents since November all sent everything n to casnio they approve my docouments they told me tht my payout was approve they sent it out to me its January now everytime i talk to someone they keep telling me its coming it takes a certain amount of business days its going on 2 months i have not gotten my payout from this guys they keep giving me the run around every agent i talk to

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Yes i played with real money they sent me a email stating tht my account was approve ovver a month ago they sent me a email stating the my payout was being transferd to my account over a month ago days go by no type of transfer r nothing to my account i have talked to maybe 5 r 6 diffrent agents and they keep telling me the same thing its on the way i wait another 10 to 15 days diffrent agent tells me the samething last time i spoke to agent they said they was going to send a email tht they after they reach out to the payout team i still.have heard nothing i told them tht i was scam and the agent told me tht i wasnt a they promise imm going to get paid i have heard this 4 to 5 times and imm very upset about this i can play with my money with no problem.but when i win a payout it seems to be a problem with me getting paid out

Hello rellrell4040, Nick and Peter! The payment was sent to the processor in November. We emailed the processor requesting more information for the reason this payment had not been deposited in the account yet and they replied today letting us know that it was not deposited as the account was invalid. We have returned the funds to the account. We suggest the use of a different method, crypto being the preferred one as it is faster.

Please mind that usual time for withdrawals might take a few days or even weeks to be fully processed.

Hello rellrell4040! We do see that you sent the bitcoin information. But, the money was deposited to your account. You need to request the withdrawal again and request it to go to your bitcoin account. Let us know once it is done.
