Despite having completed the bonus playthrough requirements and correcting submitted banking information, he had not received his payment. Later the player received slightly less than the disputed amount due to the subtraction of the bonus and a transfer fee. The player had confirmed receipt of the money, and the issue was marked as resolved.

I made a deposit and got a bonus with a playthrough requirement. I've far exceeded the the playthrough requirements and made a withdrawal request on 20 November 2023. I filled in the forms, gave proof of identity and submitted. They came back that my banks physical address is incorrect so I fixed that and got confirmation that account is in order and willbe for all futurepayouts. I double guessed myself and wanted to make sure my number were correct so I reversed the payment, made sure all details were correct and submitted the withdrawal around 5am on 22 November 2023. The advertised 7 to 10 business days for withdrawals to be finalised but it has now been 3 weeks. I've emailed their support and payments teams 7 times in the last week and get no response. I get their live chat agents who tells me to be patient, they've escalated it and it will be dealt with but nothing. I am writing this locked in my house as a cyclone is roaring outside. I have begged them the last week to pay me as I needed the money to prepare and support my family during this time but they don't care. Please help me get what they owe me. They took all my deposits totalling almost 600 Aus dollars instantly buy when I win the don't pay. Bustards.

Thanks for your help.

This is my first withdrawal

It says pending on the withdrawal.

Only communication is live chat and they say they're sending a follow-up but that's been going on for a week without anything happening. Winnings were from a deposit that had a bonus amount with playthrough requirements which have been met. Account verification has been done. They have no reason for not paying me. I can not believe that they are this terrible.

I desperately need this money paid to me as I am stuck in the middle of a natural disaster cyclone JJasper. I will email you the correspondence
