The player from Texas has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. The player later confirmed that they received the winnings and the complaint was closed as resolved.
They tell me they sent it to my wire transfer and I still haven't received it but when I aske for the reference number they don't want to give it to me so I can locate the wire transfer it's been about a week of me asking for it and they keep tellin me they are waiting on proof of payment
