So I complete the playthrough for their 50$ free chip...I go to cash out the Max cash out (.for this coupon ) of 100.

It, like always with new casinos you sign up with ask for the KYC .

See this is where things can go great or totally sideways for me. I suffer from E.T. uncontrollable tremors and shakes all day and all night 24/7 . So taking id/selfies can get a little tricky...usually the casino will settle for a picture I've ready created but they wanted me to take a new one...I tried ( 20 selfie IDs I sent) and they denied all of them , I explained my situation again in detail and they responded with

1.) just find sumone to take the picture for u ??

2.) reversed my withdrawal and put the funds bank into the casino wallet for gameplay and when I tell you that I tried to get up to 180...I never won a anything after...like 100 loser spins...🤔🧐 Hmmm wonder why?

3.) increased my max cash out from 100-180

Claiming since my account wasn't certified ..they can and will whenever they do choose to do it.

Now there's what seem like a million casinos online , I will never spend another penny with. A casino that treats people with physical and intellectual disabilities with total disregard and disrespect.

Please choose another casino ..any casino this is run by individuals with no license, and no regard for anything else but what's suits them..even if it's absolutely unfair to the player.

I sent 20 different photos of myself , 2 or 3 were taken by someone's else, and the rest myself.. I am familiar with stabilization tools and whatnot that's become probably one of my best friends but I don't see the issue that I that they are talking about as far as my pictures were concerned or I could see the my ID I could see my face I could I don't understand why they kept denying me over and over and over and then reverse my withdrawal put it back into the casino and then raised my minimum withdrawal so I couldn't even withdraw anymore they're hundred dollars was now basically gone then

I also submitted several more photo I took so many photos on final count I took and sent 27 photos . The casino put the money back into the casino so now.i couldn't even withdraw it if I wanted to...and they won't verify kyc now u till the minimum with drawl has been initiated . Which was 100 now 180 but I guess they can just randomally raise it ? After you've already initiated the withdraw?

I did not request a check ever...I requested Bitcoin the first time , and the second time it wouldn't even allow me to pick, it just said that I had to have 180 before a withdraw could be initiated .

Look the chip I used had a Max cash out of 100$ I couldnt get the code to work properly so I contacted customer service who applied it to my account. I checked the max cash out and playthrough FIRST to see if it's even worth my time . Once I hit my playthrough I requested 100 btc cash out. And then the nightmare began...if it was 180 cash out minimum as u suggest , then how was I able to initiate a withdraw ...from the begining ? Because it was 100 max cash out on my coupon.. and to then do what they did ...and reject quality photos clearly cause I look different .

This casino was completely insensitive and not very accommodating to individuals with disabilities. They took advantage of me and literally had me.take over 20 photos of myself ...through an entire week's time only to reject my.cashout , reapply it to the casino and increase my maximum cash out...and may I also say that once.the 100 was applied to the casino I was essentially forced to play it, games were not playing as they usually do, it was clearly being manipulated to just give me losers


Also I don't know if the casino has approved anything they pull out the stops when making sure that under no circumstances was I.going to be able to cash out that money....and I'm.not the only one ... These individuals operate this casino without a license and do what ever they please cause they put it in the terms.and conditions...they literally can do anything they want and will to ensure that the least amount of cashouts happen due to red tape
