I have withdrew 119.90 on my account which is still pending I have sent my documents twice you can't get a hold of them if you email you get the same response each time please can you try and get me my winnings.

Hi kristina the company keep rejecting my bank card they put the funds back into the account balance iv tried to withdraw again they say my bank card doesn't meet the criteria iv sent it the way they have asked. You can't get them on email online chat phone nothing, the reviews are awful they are at it they just don't want to pay out.

I'm with a few sites and never had this much trouble usually paid 3 working days at most. I wouldn't bother if it was a few pound but they didn't seem to have bother taking money from the card.

Thats me got another email this morning theve rejected my card again they are at it its the same card I deposited with this is ridiculous this is the 5th time theve rejected it they just don't want to pay out.
