Hello,

I just want to inform you guys about this casino. 100% scam.

They’ll give you 150$ welcome bonus, the bonus you can only bet on one of the games called jackpot. In your first bet you will automatic hit a jackpot of 10K+ feel free to try it out yourself all they ask only for a email.

After the jackpot if you try to withdraw first they’ll tell you, you need deposit 200$ to unfreeze your account and unlock the other games.

when you do make the deposit they’ll tell you, your account needs to be premium since your balance is over 10K and the premium cost 500$

When you do deposit the 500$ I was told they’ll ask you to deposit another 1000$ to become vip

i will upload a few screenshots, I do also have videos if I can send them somehow one over 2 min and the other over 10 min

Dear InstaD,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your withdrawal problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Have you completed the KYC verification successfully? Have you withdrawn any funds from this casino in the past?

Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend against paying any processing fees or depositing more funds to upgrade your player's tier as we came across a very similar casino in the past, using the same suspicious tactics.

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue and receive your winnings as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Petronela

The casino doesn’t have any KYC verification.

All they ask is for your email, you don’t even have to confirm your email through the email, it’s automatically.

I did deposit 200$ since I was told I need to deposit 200$ to unfreeze my withdrawals and to be able to unfreeze the other games on the site. When you deposit the 200$ they’ll ask you to deposit 500$ more to upgrade your account. But keep in mind as soon as join and place your first bet you’ll automatically hit a jackpot. After I didn’t deposit the 500$ I was talking to some of my subs about it and few of them test it out and all of them on there first bet they hit jackpots every single one. When they contact the live support they were all told the same thing, you need to deposit 200$ but of course no one to withdraw the jackpot.

Hello InstaD.

I am sorry to hear about your troubles.

Unfortunately, from time to time, somebody starts a project like Cryptoxterra, which looks like a new casino and then suddenly starts scamming people. We had similar cases where the casino gave you a free bonus and secret tip on some low-league football match with a 71:1 ratio. And after a win, ask you to pay taxes first. In every normal casino, all fees are deducted from the balance. You don't need to pay anything except a minimal deposit if you win from a no-deposit bonus.

There is very little we can do in this case - we blacklist the casino immediately after we confirm it (the website is down at the moment). Till then, rating zero should be a good warning for other players to stay away.

I would recommend you contact this company:

mychargeback.com - they are experts in chargebacks. However, if you paid Cryptoxterra with bitcoins, there is nothing to do. However, if you used a credit card, it should be possible to make a chargeback. Write to them, and I hope they will help you.

Hey,

I did pay with bitcoin, it’s alright I’ll take the L.

I just want it to warn other people, the website is down now. I did report them on every site possible.

Because of the above, I am closing this complaint as unresolved with the status: stupid excuse or fraud.
