this comment saying GUARANTEED #1 casino for super fast cash outs should not be allowed on their homepage! I’ve had two successful payouts and now it’s been 3 days. I’m talking 3 minutes in the past because I purposely used Bitcoin. I’ve been verified and don’t have anything different going on. I couldn’t use coindraw for some reason and the customer service girl said even if I did that the third payout with coindraw takes days as well. This is a joke. They have so many ways to make you wait and when you are a depositing player it shouldn’t be like this. So follow all rules, make deposits regularly, and still get the shaft when asking for $100 payout?!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I did finally receive the deposit. You might want to note they told me the "algorithm" for my area was 3-7 business days so on the 7th day I messaged again asking when could I expect to see the approval and was told they have until midnight of the 7th day and to message if I didn’t see it by then. They literally waited until just seconds before midnight. Unreal.


Oh to add insult to injury they wouldn’t let me use the extra free spins that were a part of my deposit bonus, after losing deposit you get 33 free spins to play, well they were EXPIRED by the time my account was cleared and able to claim them, nobody cared to help out with that either. They also offer daily free spins for one week if you make a qualifying deposit which I did but again since the payout was held up I couldn’t claim those either and they also didn’t care about that loss for me. Jerks.
