The player from Greece had reported a delayed payout of $1000 via Bitcoin from CryptoLoko casino. Despite the casino's claim of instant payouts, the player had been waiting for 5 days. The player expressed frustration with the casino's misleading marketing regarding their withdrawal speed. We had advised the player to wait for two weeks for the withdrawal to be processed. However, due to the player's lack of response to our follow-up messages, we were unable to proceed with the investigation. The complaint was therefore rejected.

Cashed out $1000 on 10/05/23 via Bitcoin and still have not received. CryptoLoko boasts about instant payouts even goes as far as to guarantee it but that again is total bull shit.. I’ve deposited thousands of dollars via Bitcoin to my CryptoLoko casino account and funny thing never took more than 10-15 minutes for them to receive my funds but when processing cash out via that very same method I’m now on day 5 and counting!!! *****g scammers it’s unfortunate you don’t find this out until you have tried to withdrawal so to all my fellow online players take your business elsewhere this is a bad experience at best!


just to be clear I’m a seasoned gamer this payout I’m speaking of is in no way related to bonus or free play winnings being removed this is a clear case of they owe me $1000 and just haven’t processed payout because they don’t have funds or don’t give a shit about there players and stand behind what they advertise and guarantee

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Hey Tomas thanks for your help I appreciate very much! Look Im an easy going guy and very reasonable if this is the time frame it really takes them to process a Bitcoin withdrawal then they need to put that in bold all over there website and marketing materials they use to lure in players.. I attached screenshots showing they don’t only claim "Instant Cash Outs" up to $2000 but they even go as far as to guarantee they have fastest pay outs online. For this reason alone I gave them a shot I thought they got to be fast to have something as bold as "guaranteed to be fastest online casino for cash outs". It’s a prime example of the old bait and switch I mean it doesn’t seem far fetched to thing they could do instant I deposit to them instantly with same Bitcoin method and it never takes longer than 5-10 minutes so again I saw an email they sent me and thought I’d give them a try. At this point it’s principle they didnt just mislead me they flat out lied to get my business and then slow pay you in the rare event ya win and try to cash out. Anyway thanks again if you need anything from me let me know! I’m gonna post this experience across every platform and forum I can until that money hits my account hopefully I will cost them a lot more than the $1k they are dragging there feet to pay out!
