My withdrawal requests keep getting auto cancelled. Is this website a scam? Over two weeks ago I got verified and deposited $10 to this site. I was told I needed to email a selfie with my ID to documents@cryptoloko.com which I have done over a week ago. I have received no response from help@cryptoloko or documents@cryptoloko via any emails since the first one showing my documents were received 13 days ago. What is the issue with my withdrawal? My account says verified as well.

support chat keeps giving me the run around stating there is an internal note saying they are missing my documents but my profile says my id is verified. Support also closed that chat on me.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
