After amending a small issue in the settings of the player's gaming account, thanks to the player's cooperation, their withdrawal request was successfully processed. I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing difficulties withdrawing your funds, but please understand that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors such as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it will be offered for withdrawals too. It can also be discontinued at any time. Could you please specify the reason why you believe that creating a MiFinity account is not a possibility in your country? On the website of the payments provider, I found the list of the countries its services are not provided in, however, South Korea appears not to be on this list.

Player's withdrawal request was successfully processed at December 25, 2022 13:27 UTC, and the amazonbag38 has already confirmed that the funds were received.


Previously, the issue with activation of Neteller method occurred, which was caused due to the existence of two linked Neteller accounts. We have provided the player with the instructions to unlink one account, and once the correct request was made, one account was removed and the player succeeded in reactivation of the payment method Neteller for the withdrawal. 


Taking into account the aforementioned, we believe that this complaint can be now closed as the situation has been resolved.
