I requested a withdrawal of funds won while using a No-Rules bonus. No playthrough requirement and no max cashout limit. I made this request on 10/22/24 and was advised that it would take 7-10 business days for approval and then 7-10 business days before they sent payment. I am past the initial 7-10 business days and still have not received approval or any reasoning for the delay in approval.
