Deborah asked for a withdrawal, but she was informed that her bank is not supported. She created another bank account (which they suggested) and this bank was also not supported. After opening a third account, she is still waiting for her withdrawal. It has already been two months. This case was successfully resolved.

Applied for withdrawal by wire transfer, been told my bank was not useable and opened new bank account they suggested and that bank was also not useable. Opened a third bank account and still waiting for transfer after two months.

Did the casino explain to you why it's not possible to send money to the bank that they suggested to you? How long time have you been waiting since you requested the withdrawal to the 3rd bank account? Does the casino communicate with you at all?

Still not received my funds.  Claim is had to wait 72 hrs as of the 30th  and i waited and then contacted them again after 72 hrs. Now they tell me i have to wait additional 7 - 10 business days before dispersal.

Thanks for your patience. 

I was informed by our teams that there are the banks you submitted  will not accept these international wires. The details submitted on the 4th Sept were acceptable and the withdrawal was re approved and will be paid this week.

It appears that all's well that ends well as they say... I've reviewed the case and payment was indeed released to our 3rd party payment provider on the 7th of October for $1381 after the $20 service fee. The funds should have arrived in your bank account some time ago, if for some reason they haven't please let us know as soon as possible so we can take further action.
